Thanks for answers. Yes forget to say it is for a 21 so this is probably why spring rate I found on service history are harder than for a 7 (21 is 100kg heavier )

I would like to change my Bilstein shocks with progressive springs for Protech shocks. I'm unsure about springs...keep 176/224lb/in progressive springs or go for 200lb/in linear: - Are progressive springs better? for touring? for track ? - Is 200lb/in linear is similar value of 174/226 progressive or I make a mistake ? Thanks for advices !

My alternator passed away during a track day..30mn after an over reving I think 30mn is mostly battery autonomy (without alternator) . An alternator could be damaged by over reving ? and if it is what could be solution ? different size pulley ? Thanks

Hi Elie Thanks for advice. If I take middle of your suggested values we have 130 front / 100 rear I forget to say: It will be rebuild with an Ital axle (Not Standard10) so do you think it will need stronger rear springs ?
