  1. Jon I am interested in the Boot cover and will send you a mail. Mark
  2. I will mail you regarding a possible wheel/tyre sway. Mark
  3. Mr Locust Your right, if using cycle wings different wing stays are required. Andy I also agree with Will and Anthony, stick with 14's for the road and 13's for the track. Hope this helps. Mark
  4. And just when you finished shelling out for all the work Mr Prudent Brown will go and change the banding for the cheap road tax or even abolish it all together
  5. Chris Do you mean the Black rectangular mirror that is attached to the door 🤔 If so I have a pair in the garage you can have for a donation to NTL plus postage. Drop me a mail offline if your interested. Mark
  6. Harry I fitted the chrome version that James Whiting supply. Quality was good, no rust on the chrome so far, but only been on the car 6 months. In respect of fitting the only fiddly bit is dismantling the multi-plug connector, threading the cable through the headlight support and putting the plug back together again. I will explain in greater detail tonight and I'm sure if you ask TC nicely he may even collect the lights for you on this way home from work. See you later Mark
  7. Julian I am prepared to contribute towards tooling costs to help this project along. Would it be worth starting a separate thread to try and guage the interest as I expect alot of people will not be aware this new bespoke upgrade for their 7 given this threads title. Mark
  8. I also got mine from Think Automotive and mention your a club member and they will even give you a discount. 😬 Mark

  12. I'm having to go the tall bar route as even sitting on the floor with no seat the top of my crash helmet is only just below the bar . I suggest you try this before ding anything else. Good luck Mark
  13. Jules Just to let you know that I collected the Cam Cover from the postman on Saturday, I was out when he tried to deliver on Friday The Cam Cover is a superb piece of work and will enhance any K series engine Are there plans for any further production runs in the future as I expect others to be interested when the see it 🤔 Thanks also for the fitting instructions, any suggections on how to protect the excellent finish of the aluminium 🤔 Thanks again I owe you a pint or three. Cheers Mark
  14. Grim You have mail. Cheers Mark
  15. Jules Thanks at last some mail to look forward to and not another bill . I'll post on here when it has arrived. Thanks again. Mark
  16. I have also just changed the diff, but did not remove the dedion tube. Instead I unbolted the lower shock absorber mounts and the front radius arms bolts therefore allowing the dedion tube to be moved towards the rear of the car allowing sufficient space of the diff to come out. The only thing I would recommend is that you undo the propshaft bolts first as you can still use the handbrake to stop the prop turning. I did the change using axle stands and taking my time it took about 1hr 30min to remove. When installing the only bu88er were the spacers to centralise the diff, easier if you have some to help, especially with the top diff bolt. Good luck. Mark
  17. Jules Excellent news . When can I expect the postman to be knocking on my door 🤔 Cheers Mark
  18. Mmm, on reading this I think I will stick with an FIA bar for now. Mark
  19. I'll have them. I will drop you an e-mail with contact details, I live in Sutton so collection is not a problem. Mark
  20. James I didn't realise that your engine included a magnet, no wonder it is so heavy 😬 Mark (without hand bag)
  21. Ian Where do you live 🤔 The best way to find out about 7's is to go to an area meet and if your in travelling distance there will be a good number (around 100) watching the London to Brighton run this Sunday on the A23 near Pease Pottage. Come along you will get all the advice you need, if you ask nicely a passenger ride or two and some rather nice sausages 😬 Mark Su77on Se7en
  22. Why not test the voltage using a meter. If 24 volt a simple solution is to change the trailer bulbs, I have done this before as my brother can get the bulbs for HGV trailers. Mark
