Can someone tell me what vehicle the fan switch originally comes from? Need to get one this morning so that I can run rebuilt engine in ready for track day on Monday. Unfortunately don't have the original to hand to take into motor factor. Thanks in anticipation.

Martin, I have the Khumos so if my attempts to modify existing stays fail i'll look at 7 tweeks csr stays. got spare stays so might as well have a go at modifying them. thanks for tip.

Hi Shaun_E, RIF's carbon wings would be great but i'd probably stuff them into a tyre wall before too long so i'll stick to GRP until i can drive it properly! Checked out the Fluke site and looks just the ticket. The race stays are an improvement on the standard but I was wondering about cutting them down a bit further but i'll see how wings from Fluke look before attempting this. If anyone has performed surgery on the wing stays I'd be interested to know how gone about it, I did wood work rather than metal work at school-maybe should get a Morgan!?

Hi Tricky, spotted that one myself, but it is extra tall which I think looks a bit ungainly and since i don't wear a stovepipe hat at the wheel the extra head room is unnecessary, but thanks anyway.

Advice needed, gone for 215 fronts (13") and dithering over solution to poor fitting cycle wings. Looking for wider wings, preferably not carbon or csr style, can anyone suggest source of reasonable 220 grp wings? Also has anyone modified the stays to get a better fit, if so how? Much appreciated.

Graeme, I need the very thing although not sure of the version. Is it the one that fits the metal backplate that fits on rear wing about the size of a credit card? If so I'll definitely have it.

Wheels all true although a refurb needed if need them pristine. Includes all centre caps and locking key and wheel nuts. Tyres all in good condition, 5mm to wear marks and spare unworn. Offers?

The following might be of use to someone and so stop me needing to move it because it's always on top of what I'm after! Heated windscreen in alloy finish plus stanchions, small stone chip down low on passenger side, sure it would repair, elbow grease needed on frame to remove flies. Hood and side doors, windows going a bit opaque but rest sound, hood sticks as well.- SOLD to Jingars Standard roll bar, padded but not covered, removed the previous cover, it was green! Gary, might be, would you mind measuring the radius between the centre of the upright bolt hole and the underside of the wing support for me, then I can tell if road or race? Also has it been fitted or is it unused? Cheers

before i purchase a set of 13" wing stays can anyone tell me if i could get away with the race version for that tight fit 😬 cc say intended for 185/60 but i'm using 215/50, think rolling radius ok but concerned about fouling stay on sidewall (et18), will i need to bend stays and if so how to got about it, on or off car etc? if anyone has a set of 13" stays going spare, road or race, i'd exchange beer tokens for them?
