Hi James, thanks but a bit smaller than looking for. If cannot get set of motorsports then going bigger anyway, 7 front 8.5-9 rear. You still got the Monaro? It might be a coincidence but if you have 7 and live in Morpeth then probably same bloke I met at Elvington a few of years back. I was in red 7 parked next to you. Did you get into sprinting? Mine's still a rolling project! A bit more work to do on it since had contact with an old dear on A68 coming back from Croft on Firday. Road wasn't wide enough for 3 of us! Thanks again.

Hey Tyrone, green and red will not be Jeffs first choice, he's not colour blind is he 🤔 I'm sure there is an original green or red 7 out there which would benefit from the addition of these v comfy seats. 90's style S types more elegant than newer version too. If someone knows a trimmer that owes them a favour then they could get them retrimmed and have new seats for much less than cost. Make me an offer, help me fund the 13" rims & tyres.

Got a pair of 1990 S Type seats. In green leather with red leather back inserts and white piping. Original seats from 94 hpc, allegedly motor show car which might explain unfortunate colour combination "red and green should never be seen", lived in patina and scuffs on thigh support. Going with adjustable runners. Photo available. Open to offers.

CageyH, thanks for all your posts. Blagged some in end from a friendly autoglass fitter. I passed him replacing a widscreen at side of road so I stopped and told him what was looking for and after a bit of rumaging in back of van he produced a roll which he said he didn't need anymore because comes in mastic gun form now. Result. Now got enough to do 10 cars if anyone else looking for some happy to share

Thanks se7en-up, looked at Woolies catalogue and there is self adhesive sponge strip that might do the job. I'll check with them on Monday, needs to have strong adhesion I guess.

Hi Nick, no it is the adhesive bead that attaches the top edge of dash to frame. According to Caterham, who don't sell it, it is used by windscreen fitters but haven't found one who'll let me buy some - they only sell windscreens Think I called it trimsheild in initial post when it shoud be Sheildtrim 😳

Anyone got some trimshield spare? I rashly disposed of old stuff when took dash off and now having difficulty sourcing it. Any suggestions on a suitable alternative or a supplier? Desperately trying to get car back together for track day next weekend! Help really appreciated.
