  1. There is a good clip on U Tube regarding a k series cam belt replacement. I'm not IT competent to do a link though. If the engine remains in the car you 'lock' the crank shaft pulley by placing in top gear and getting a willing assistant to press the brake pedal while you undo the nut. This usually works.
  2. Recently fitted similar. The new stud/popper will release with relative ease.It just needs a slightly firmer pull. On removing the old stud, mine came off easily using long nose pliers rather than having to drill out. DB
  3. Just had the six speed box repaired after a catastophic failure of clutch/gearbox. The casing of the gear box cracked after an attempted gear change. It seems the CRB failed and triggered all this off. DB
