  1. Does anyone know if you can buy these before I make one?
  2. All fitted and works well! seems that someone had already ran a wire but it was capped off under the dash! thanks all.
  3. Does anyone have any further details of the wiring and switch used for this ability to switch between oil and water temps? Any images at all?
  4. With it Being an SV isn't the chassis wider by 2"? This shot shows far less room for the 90° bends from the sand which plate.
  5. Morning, I have no issues with the engine or oil pressure, but I want to address a slight kink in my K series appollo tank oil lines that bothers me. Before I buy new lines or make my own could anyone help to see if there is any installation tweaks/changes that have been found to allow a better routing of the bottom tank oil line? I may buy some line and fittings and add a 180 on the bottom line but just wanted to check if anyone has any other ideas? Jody.
  6. Does anyone have any Girling calipers or the bleed nipples from them they no longer want? Jody.
  7. Thanks, good to know. I have a drivers side floor but would like the passengers side doing also. 2 hours with that many rivets is bloody good going! but I also suppose they know a few tricks or two ;) Jody.
  8. I am after some 5 3/4 head light bowls if some one is selling any? Jody.
  9. How much did it cost if you dont mind sharing? and how long did it take?
  10. Why would you do this? Isn't it cheating when you come to sell the car!
  11. Can you post up some more images? say from the underside showing the chassis etc
  12. Does any one know if its just the hole sizes that are different? Jody.
  13. That is very true! if as you say the machining was poor it would only weld the mating surface. Good point!
  14. It's not a friction weld, the penetration would show all over and you no longer would see the very obvious machined male/female nub. I would guess mig welded then machined off. very poorly done for sure.
  15. There is probably enough deformation in the bushes when the hit occurred, and the front end squatting that its touched the body work?
  16. Looks like just the weld slug to me. But the wishbone from this shot looks like it has a bend/twist? or is it the angle of the shot?
  17. If you click N/A instead of a colour you can chose just 2, the thread length is however only 22mm long for the fronts? Buy Stahlbus Speed Bleeder Valve | Demon Tweeks (demon-tweeks.com) And the m10 x 1 are only 20mm in length?? Buy Stahlbus Speed Bleeder Valve | Demon Tweeks (demon-tweeks.com) If this looks correct i will purchase and give them a try. Jody.
  18. But surely the threads and length wont be correct if you get all 4 the same?? Is this something you have done buddy? Jody.
  19. Ok so if I am right (please check if you can anyone?) these for the front - Buy Stahlbus Speed Bleeder Valve | Demon Tweeks (demon-tweeks.com) And the rear.. M10 x 1.0 but what length?? Jody.
  20. I couldn't find them, or the length required. I don't mind £30 as it's so much simpler and you get an amazing peddle so easy! but without pulling mine out I can get the correct measurements.
  21. Are you sure it's a Caterham? the exhaust manifold looks very high out of the bonnet.
