It is out of stock, may be worth ringing them to find out when they get more stock in. It worth the buy Chris 😬 Superlight R No. 97 Edited by - Mad7ner on 13 Dec 2005 09:27:03

  11. Another cost effective way a saw over in ireland was to use old engine oil, YES i know it is messy but it is a good way of recycling old oil. I think i would rather use it on the underneath of the tin top for the winter months. Just fill one of the compressor attachments with the oil and spray. Even if you did use it on the 7, to clean it off wouldn't be that difficult with a power washer Superlight R No. 97 Edited by - Mad7ner on 15 Nov 2005 13:19:08
  12. I think all of the suggestions above are good, but i think the main thing is to Take Your Time in which ever method you decide to use. 😬 Superlight R No. 97
  13. When we removed the rear plate to put the private plates on, we used a hack saw blade and cut through the rubber stuff, yes it took a while, but it stops you from denting the body work by pulling etc. The blade will fit behind the plate, oh it’s much easier with two people as one can hold the plate and the other can saw, this way the blade doesn’t touch the body work. As den has suggest Autoglym "Intensive Tar Remover" or petrol removes the glue well, just remember to polish where you used it before you put the plate back on. Chris Oh, Piano wire would also do the job Superlight R No. 97 Edited by - Mad7ner on 14 Nov 2005 11:01:13
