    CSR dry sump bell housings (Titan ) £190 Vauxhall dry sump shafts and pulley. ( pulley new but slight mark) .£50 Ford duratec flywheels for 620R - Ap Racing clutch (CP5241 family) caterham part no.3FE444A superceded by Caterham No 3FE444B. Titan part no. CO1-211-701-01-AT £170 K Series ECD 2 plug covers with caterham on in black and supersport in red.£10 K series Dry sump scavenge oil filter sku 75722. £10 Caterham 21 rear exhaust pipes - free to 21 owners providing they make a donation to the L7 club charity!! Willans supersport harness seat belt, 4 point good condition , out of Date for competition £25 Apollo tank assy couple of dents and tatty wants a good polish, bought for a project but never used. £110. Omex twin coil rev limiter. (ECD3 K Series) Limits the revs hence the power. bought to comply with the power to weight with the 21.   3. There were different adaptor plates for different starter motors the odd one being a Bosch I seem to remember could this be the issue?

  7. I have quite a few black ones with Caterham and red ones with supersport on them.

  9. Vauxhall dry sump pulley and shafts. The pulley has slight bruising / damage as shown in the picture. Caterham part no.pp/3046 Caterham mp/1194 oil pump shaft plus another shaft of which i have no knowledge. Please see pictures £60 the lot.

  15. The crown you mention I think is the starter motor ring gear which is shrunk onto the flywheel, if you have welded in place you will need to rebalance the flywheel.
  16. Lightweight flywheel an improvement in drivability on a seven. The original R65 flywheel was developed for the Metro at around 950 kgs.. Increases engine braking and engine acceleration which compliments the lighter weight of the seven. What do you mean by 'the crown went'

  18. I looked at pressure charging the 21 race car last year. Packaging, heat management, and weight were the major issues. Whether a turbo or charger you will need to intercool . The main advantage with pressure charging was the area under the curve - torque which would provide more grunt down the straight bits with a loss of drivability through the corners, good when running in a power to weight class. You will need to Apollo or dry sump the engine to gain oil capacity / cooling. 15kgs + to the front axle and look at the final drive ratio in relation to the power characteristics.
  19. The turbo oil pump is the same as std k but a thicker rota to increase capacity. The wet sump scavenging is border line especially without an Apollo or dry sump.The extra capacity of the turbo oil pump was possibly to much.
  20. Why did it fail was it due to Oil aeration - pistons hit valves?rod bearing pick up?main bearing pickup?were you running with just a wet sump? Apollo? dry sump, oil level? oil temperature? Hydraulic / solid tappets. As mentioned previously was it a standard pump or modified to account for the extra capacity.
  21. Wanted - I have 3 good ones would like a fourth to make a set. Needs to be in this size to be road legal - no longer manufactured.
