The folded slot where the bulkhead fits into and covers the two holes in the lower edge of the bulkhead I drilled through as near to where these holes are and put in two self tappers to ensure that when unscrewing the rivnuts and removing the scuttle the sealant would not be disturbed. I hope this helpful and makes more sense than my earlier comment.

I should have added that I also fitted rivnuts for removal of the bulkhead so decided to drill where those two lower holes were so not to disturb the new sealant with any future work

Removed the bulkhead on my sons car recently. It wasn't fixed at the bottom edge just sealed. My own carbon sv isn't fixed either.

Sometimes the cap from a washing up liquid bottle will fit as a temporary measure.

I organised one of the bulk buys in about 2013 from power speed nice people to deal with and a well made product.

May be worth squirting WD in the key slot as the fingers might be stuck then try working the key
-
If you use rivnuts for the other fixings the end of the rivnuts and the bolts will be sticking into the boot area

Thanks sm25 that made sense to me

Shouldn't the seat adjuster go through the elongated hole in the cross brace when the car is fitted with lowered floors? And not over the top of the brace.

Sorry, yes you will have to take the scuttle off.

I have just done this and I had the same question. I asked on here, Caterham and Cassics & Sevens they said same as the wings. I know it wasn't the same adhesive used for the wings and dash that I took off. The adhesive previously used for the wings had set solid but the adhesive for the dash although not sticky to touch when cutting through it with a knife was soft but if it touched together would grab. Anyway I used Tetroson 9220.

As Duncan has said I also leave the easybleed unit dry and just top up the reservoir and connect to a front tyre which is at 18 psi.
