  1. CC have plenty of Duratecs , no issues with supply for these engines for the next few years.
  2. You only need to trim the top part of the aperture. Steering rack hole is not required.
  3. I already have the stripe, just need the measurement of the rear panel . I don't think the supplied stripe is long enough.
  4. I need to replace the rear stripe on my S3 Cat. Would someone be able to tell me the length top to bottom of the rear panel. My car is currently away at the moment. Thanks
  5. Should be 85NM , do not use copper slip on the threads.
  6. I have owned two Sigma cars. That gauge action is normal for this engine. It is also the original electic gauge & sensor. Nothing to worry about here.
  7. Check there is no up/down movement with the brake pads in the carrier. The springs on the pads can be adjusted to stop any rattling.
  8. Plug & Play on 2016 model. Great upgrade.
  9. I might have some spare ones of these, how many do you need?

    Should be under the battery tray if its a Sigma engine car & yes to a MBE.
  11. You will need to fit the cat to pass the emissions test.
  12. Having replaced the Mazda gearbox twice in my car the advice by Knifey Spoony is 100% correct.
