Nitron Adjustable Platforms Question

Why do Nitrons have just the one adjustable platform ring while Bilsteins (and others) seem to have an 2nd ring which is used to lock everything into place once you've got the ride height right Is there a chance the Nitrons platform can work it's way loose 🤔

 

Also where can I get a C-spanner to fit the Nitron ride height adjuster 🤔 It's different to the Bilstein equivalent as it needs to fit into the circular holes not the Bilsteins square cut outs.

Nitrons only have one ring. They do not need a 2nd ring to lock the postion.

 

I have not needed a spanner to adjust the ride hight, just turned them by hand.

Mine have only one ring and it has never worked loose.

 

I ground down an ordinary C-spanner to give the circular peg necessary.

I cut the end off an old No2 Phillips screwdriver, cleaned the end up and it fits perfectly in the holes.
