They are like new and have covered a maximum of 50 road miles. £30 I’m located in High Wycombe (1 mile from where Penn Sevens meet) or I can post them for an extra fee. John Howe Posted April 27, 2005 Share Posted April 27, 2005 Not a R500 owner but I thought I was running the R500 set up - once confirmed by CC - which was 250 lbs front and 175 lbs rears.
