Suction Mount Recommendation

Can anyone recommend a suction mount that can hold either a phone or Garmin satnav. I have been using the standard Garmin satnav mount for the satnav, OK but falls off at least once every 40 or so miles(less depending on potholes). Don't have a mount for my phone. Would be great to have something that holds better, and be able to take the satnav or my phone.

When I bought my Seven I had to hurriedly buy a phone mount from a service station. I got lucky with this one. It's very small so doesn't block the screen too much and has survived about 500 miles so far without coming loose.

uses double magnetic phone mounts to hold it steady and 3M VHB to stick it to your scuttle where it'll reach over the IVA edging and can be removed with dental floss. Attaches to the phone with a slim metal plate that sticks to your phone or phone case
