Ralph45 Posted December 22, 2021 Share Posted December 22, 2021 Merry Christmas to one and all !I know a lot of club members have gone for the updated forward lower type of headlight brackets for their cars in place of the older style.So I was wondering does anyone have a set of the up and back earlier style headlight brackets to fit an 1998 onwards imperial S3 in really good condition they would like to sell?TIA. Wrightpayne Posted December 23, 2021 Share Posted December 23, 2021 Ralph,There are two types - early without a steady bar and from around 2000/1 ish with a steady bar. I swapped mine for the later ones with a steady bar on my '98 car. The steady bar attaches to the front upper wishbone so needs a slightly longer bolt (available cheaply from Caterham Cars).regardsIanPS I sold my old ones.
