7Up
Hi all, has anyone taken a 420 or 620 to a 98db Goodwood track day? (and passed the noise test :-)Thanks
Winthattt
No but I think you will struggle. Get a db meter app on your phone and do a static noise test, that will give you an idea.
jimh
Yes, I have used my 620R with the rear exhaust there a few times.I have had one black flag which was for triggering the meter through Madgwick soa fter the warning I just took it in a higher gear
robmar
The static test is one thing but as Jim says the driveby meters are the ones to lookout for.
Support Team rob spencer Posted April 7, 2021 Support Team Share Posted April 7, 2021 I took my 420R to Donington Park last week and they too have a 98db drive-by limit. I didn't trigger anything that i know of and I certainly didn't get thrown off. But Goodwood does have a bit of a reputation for being mustard keen on noise
