Sorry Phil, beauty is the eye of the beholder, as they say.I'm not a fan of most modern automotive design; the aggressive stance, the up-scaling, the 'mine's bigger than your's' attitude. I love the original Elan, so modest, simple, but elegant. It just looks right, just as fresh today as when it was first launched. An added bonus was the way they used existing 'parts bin' bumpers so seamlessly. Sadly I've never owned one.is it robins or baubles this year........?
