Titanium7 Posted January 12, 2015 Share Posted January 12, 2015 Having my previous K Series upgraded by the UK K Series guru Dave Andrews 3 times I read extensively around the subject of running in (or breaking in if you live over the pond) I followed the guidance HERE with a good mineral oil (Millers)and subsequently had the car, 1800K with forged pistons and big head mapped at Emerald. It made over 200BHP but more importantly in my opinion made 157ft/lbs in torque which I can only put down to the running in described in the article.
