I have a general build manual which covers a range of engine builds but does not cover in any detail the K Series spdcific items. I've got electronic copies of the following Manuals, ranging in size from 1Mb to 26Mb: Rover 212 414 Service & Repair here K series Engine Overhaul Caterham Assembly Guide (issue 1) Caterham Assembly Guide 2010 7 Owners Handbook R400 Engine Loom Elise Service Manual Rover K Series Manual I got them all off the internet at some time so there's plenty out there.
