colindavies56
just checking my car over[2010,150 roadsport.]and next to the washer bottle is a 20mm diagonal chassis bar going from sill to top of side panel,at the top end, there is 2xtapped holes that a 5mm bolt will fit into.these holes are 40mm apart. WHAT ARE THEY FOR. dont think anythings fell off,as car starts/stops/flys,could it be just a bit of chassis bar out of the skip,or was there anything there. Doug
Hmmm, that's interesting. I've noticed two appx 10mm long threaded fixings attached to the chassis, under the bonnet at the end of the passenger footwell. I've often wondered what they were designed for.
