Slipper man
Who do people use, and how much does it cost to get exhausts polished?
EFA
Keith, if anyone tries to rob you, be aware of the following, A Caterhams system will take about 30 mins on a decent wheel, but be sure to gonto someone who cleans it with "pickling paste" before trying to polish it. Cuts the time to do the job by about 90%. Hayward & Scott use such a technique, and exhausts come no better than theirs. £50 I'd say.
fred_gustafsson
Do it yourself. Autosol and some rought fabric (jeans etc) will do nicely.
Slipper man
Sadly autosol doesn't do the same job. It needs a wheel. Where are Hayward and Scott ?
Slipper man
Ah. They make whole systems. No one have any ideas on polishers?
A10ROX
There's one in Oldham the £50 is about spot on if you include the southern price adjustment 😳
