my company produces detonators, which are yellow.....

 

But it's certainly not a caterham detonator yellow. 😬

I assume you know it's the same as Renault use(d) on their sporty Clios? I have some touch up paint in the garage I can look at in case the code happens to be on there or I might be able to dig out what Renault called it.

 

Edited to add that the numbers on the pots won't help as they are Caterham reference numbers but I have looked back at some bumf I have and Renault call(ed) it liquid yellow.

i now the detonator yellow is also used on new camaros, but i'm not sure it's the one CC use..

I cannot comment on what colour is on the Camaro but in case you are in doubt, the detonator yellow that Caterham use is the same as Renault liquid yellow. Why not check with Renault or failing that Caterham themselves for the code?

i' have emailed CC a few days ago, but no answer yet.will check the renault paint and try to compare them
