Martin Moxon Posted May 6, 2009 Share Posted May 6, 2009 Following on from my potential MOT emissions failure ☹️, the guy at the garage has traced the likely fault to be a blown inlet manifold gasket but needs the part number to get one - he's rung Caterham stores and they can't supply a part number or the part plus he's tried a couple of independent 7 specialists. Car is 99 VX classic, 8 valve (log book says 1800, Caterham reckon it's 1600 tuned to 1800) 120bhp with twin weber DCOE 40's.
