Roger King
Bear in mind that any advice is speculative without detailed knowledge of the individual engine. A completely standard Supersprint is normally fine on BP7ES. The B8ECS is quite a cold plug and theoretically more prone to fouling in an engine in mild tune used on the road. Indeed it is used in many full race engines. However, the B8ECS is quite a remarkable plug and generally resists fouling quite well, so may work in your engine. MusCat
Depends how you use the car - I gave up with B8ECS due to fouling in my mildly tuned 145bhp x-flow - the final straw came when I had to clean the plugs after conking out on the Euston Road having been stuck in slow moving traffic for about an hour trying to get across London. I use 7s now with no ill effects but I keep a set of 8s for the track.

6speedmanual
BP6ES should also be fine for a supersprint. Peter 6SpeedManual *tongue*There's no such thing as too much BHP per Ton 😬
Graham Sewell
I followed Roger's advice with BP7ES years ago - for road use they are perfect. Cheers, Graham ------ Low tech luddite - xflow and proud!

Ian D Smith
I used "8's" for a long time but think for road use it actually runs better with "7's". With the price of plugs get both
