Casbar Posted June 8, 2007 Share Posted June 8, 2007 On mine, the bit with the rubber boot around it pushes aside and then you can get a spanner around it, basically the ball joint bit has a flat on it. If not' extract the thin wire pin (unclip it radially and pull it out verticaly) and then pull the housing away from the ball. You can then hold the ball and undo the nut. CAB Posted June 8, 2007 Share Posted June 8, 2007 The only thin spanner that I could find that would fit the ARB ball joint was in my bicycle puncture repair kit that I bought from Halfords.
