  1. All items now sold (unable to edit the title)
  2. I fitted Proxes R888R 195/50 15 to my 2008 metric chassis with standard stays. The tyres rubbed the stay and wing on one side only, removed wings and "realigned" the stay plus a small 5mm packer to raise wing and now all good. I suspect in true Caterham fashion others will have a different experience.

  9. Doubt you'll have problems with the current system given the minimal loads, should that be 1-3-4-2 on the coil?

    Red and ally

A602 Bragbury End near Stevenage 14.45 today.
  11. Can you see the cat when looking down the pipe? It's usually fairly obvious if it has melted or disintegrated, a light at one end helps to see the condition of the honeycomb.
  12. Impressed doesn't even begin to cover it, great work and thanks for sharing. Tony
  13. You might consider longer rivnuts through the panel and a large washer to spread the load.

    Front pads

Highly unlikely to ever be a problem but DT state "Ferodo DS3000 brake pads are designed for competition / off-road use, and as such are not approved for use on the road".
  15. It looks like lubricant residue from manufacturing, so long as there is no sign of hydraulic fluid I wouldn't worry about it.
