Very lightly used, cira 500 miles. Over 7.5 mm tread, suit 4X4 ,Range Rover etc. Collection preferred from West Sussex. £300.

Goodyear UltraGrip 8, 155/65 R14. Little used with 6mm tread. Excellent reviews on tyres, and work very well in snow. Wheels were bought new for tyres, and will fit 107, C1 or Aygo. £150. Collection from Worthing West Sussex preferred.

I have recenlty taken out a standard VX engine from my 7 HPC. Its is fuel injected, has all the Caterham bits, sump, alternator , starter motor, exhaust system and is complete with Motronic ecu. Its ready to go with 40,000 miles under its belt. Its not 200 bhp as you requested but a reliable 165bhp with 165 ft/lbs of torque. Pulls like a train and a good starting point if you want more power. Blat mail me if interested Tim

I have just taken out my standard HPC XE 2 l from my Caterham. It is in excellent condition, 165 bhp, 165 ft/lbs) has Motronic standard ECU, with loom and with standard Carteham Exhaust. e mail me if of interest. Tim

Whilst repairing one of my reversing light I dropped the Glass lens which smashed. Anyone got a spare glass lens, rectangular from a 93 vintage seven ? Thanks Tim

Mine was also A facing front and ran fine with 95. It also ran fine with 98, how do you know A is for 98 🤔

According to Haynes the 2 l XE engine on fuel injection has a coding plug, 95 RON and 98 RON on the other side. Mine has a coding plug but it says A on one side and B on the other. Does A relate to 95 RON or 98 RON. 🤔

I had this problem 12 months ago. Sent it back to Radtec who said it was beyond repair and I would have to buy a new one.They said this was a one off problem but would only charge me cost price for a replacement. It was about 15 months old. The cause of failure they said was that the whole of the core ( which they don't manufacture) had somehow failed !! It had only done about 4000 miles with no track days. Replacement seems to be OK so far .

Where can I get a pair of leather head rests for the S type seats. Are they from a stadard car ? The rests have two bars holding them to the seat, not the later type with one. 6 X VX

A while ago I changed some of the cooling hoses with slicon hoses supplied by Caterham. However the kit didn't include a short piece from the water pump to metal bend under the inlet manifold on my 2l VX inj. Does anyone know where I can get a short (75mm) length of silcon tube 35mm internal dia ? The current rubber hose is knackered. 6 X VX

Order new prop shaft yesterday It arrived today 😬 Opened is this evening and the UJ at the diff end is nice and free in two axis'. The UJ at the gearbox is free in only one axis I've got a feeling in my water that it doesn't feel right and if I install it it could lead to vibrations.Its not seized up but is much stiffer than the others. Should I send it back 🤔 🤔 6 X VX
