    CSR 260

Yes, the time has come to say good bye with a view to an upgrade.... Here's the Pistonheads link But for £30450 you can have: CSR260 (2006) with around 17000 miles 263 horses (remapped at the 2 Steves) and oodles of torque Dodge Viper Blues with Silver stripe Lowered floors Standard (classic) dash Leather seats And see the add for the rest..
  2. Just a year old and kept inside apart from 4 or 5 nights so still quite shiny. It's the Clubman 100-0140 with the following: Single Axle Datatag Rear Stands Spare Wheel Heavy Duty Jockey Wheel Winch Hitch Lock Straps Suitable for SV / CSR £1500
  3. They do look different, I'm guessing the CSR one will be slightly longer so that the exhaust then reaches the rear mounting point which will be further away than on the S3 chassis. Don';t understand why the R500 one is more expensive though.
  4. I have a spare one of these here I'll even throw in the guard £200 plus postage at cost as I have no idea how much that might be. Could deliver / meet to a reasonable distance from Somerset
  5. I have one of these here It's previously been connected to the 2.3 Duratec on my CSR. £150 inc postage

    Tyres CR500

I get mine from Bridge Tyres in Taunton. Not too far
  7. Big thanks. Shame the M42 was shut on the way home however, all I need now is a LSD, some sticky tyres and class 5 is mine (oh and maybe a shed load more tuition and skill) And nice to meet some new people.
  8. Are there any restrictions, requirements? e.g. is there timing being done so I need timing strut attached or helmet suit etc?
  9. *arrowup* That's the one. I had to chop some of the white plunger off though to get it to fit when I replaced mine. And it is cheap and nasty.
  10. Having a standard one and then having seen the extended one on WetBlat I would go for the extended. Covers up the louvres in the rain.
  11. MOT today and an advisory was a bit of play in the actual steering rack. I had only recently noticed this and assumed the QR boss was worn but didn't check. Do these things really wear out?
  12. Hmmm. Looks like the actual gauge is stuffed. Disconnecting the sender made no difference. Thanks for the replies
  13. Pootling along the A303 after a fantastic Wight Blat and see oil pressure is zero ☹️ Pull off (very quickly) and check dipstick and all ok so continue. Then dial is off the scale and then randomly showing all sorts of values. Is this a dead sensor thingy? (It's a 2.3 Duratec)
  14. I appear to be sharing the same number as Richard Anderson
  15. Oi, I'm not a no show. Class 5 and proud of it
