    Just back from a trip to Scotland. I saw a red/ali 7 being towed by a camper going south on Sunday 7th and a fairly heavily laden red 7 going north yesterday, 13th.

    Hi Dave The weather was good so I am told, although it is almost guaranteed to be different on Harris than it is on Lewis. Anyway any rain was mainly at night and nothing like what fell on England at the time. The roads are good, but there are too few to warrant making the trip just to drive them. Pleased that I have been. Did the return journey of 650 miles in one hit. Can you recommend any decent earplugs. Took a while to get my hearing back! Mark

    Thanks for getting back to me. I am sure it is something other than blow back. I have taken great care to prevent this. The car sat with a full tank on Monday night without any leakage, which suggests it will be a hose/connection somewhere. I will be doing as you suggest later today and will let you know what I find.

    This have started to happen to my VX. I recall a thread a while ago, but I can not trace it. Please is anyone able point me to the thread? I assume it is an issue with a breather pipe.
