I just want to make sure that I connect the pipes up right way round after replacing my oil filter housing. Looks like the top pipe goes into the mocal connection nearest the block? Thanks Paul.

Two black Sevens heading North, second one had blue stripes. I was in the Silver Sprinter just coming off the roundabout heading South that flashed.

Titanium Silver with twin black stripes going West. I was in the Yellow SV going East. Presumably local as I am sure you have been past our house just South of Seend village. Regards Paul.

I have to say that I also preferred the separate sections. I don't know on which post it was shown as an example on here but the Westfield site makes it much easier to scroll between categories. I do appreciate the work that is put in by people with a much better grasp of modern technology than me. Regards Paul.

Phew, no canister so worries over and one step nearer. Thanks for your quick reply. Looking some way ahead, what engine build manual would you recommend using for my 1600 supersport K series? Regards Paul.

We have just about everything in and connected but seem to have a spare electrical connector!! The wiring for it comes out of the loom half way under the inlet manifold and can almost stretch to the front of it. Grey and Black oval two pin connector, yellow and red wire, brown and pink wire, any suggestions? Many thanks Paul.

After thinking that the easiest way forward was to swap engines instead of replacing the pistons (see heavy oil mist) the wiring on the VVC (out of my S3) is very different from the 1600 road sport engine that I am trying to replace. Both EU3, VVC has coil pack under the inlet manifold, the 1600 has them at the plugs. Do I need a different engine loom? Many thanks, Paul.

Spotted going past our cottage heading North up Bell Hill Into Seend around 17:00

Compression test done No 1 50 No 2 250, 120 second time No 3 35 No 4 250, 110 second time No's 1 and 3 remained fairly constant in subsequent tests. Busy the rest of this week but hopefully can get some time next week to sort this out. Thanks for the help chaps.
