So I suggest a Top Gear challenge - simply guess the lap time the R500 will post round the track, closest wins the prize. For all those that never venture upstairs, the R500 thread is here If you've never seen Top Gear before, and have no idea of the lap times, the fastest was an F1 Renault at 59ish seconds, and the slowest was 2min 6sec by Richard Whiteley - pick somewhere between those two! Full times here small print - competition closes the wednesday of the filming, any posts or edits after that time will be disallowed

Bear Grylls... ...although someone once mistook me for the lead singer of a famous band, trapped me in and wouldn't let me go without signing an autograph. They never mentioned exactly who I was or which band, but I think it was Dave Gahan from Depeche Mode, so that's what I signed! -
Long time no postie down here! There's a little race going on upstairs - the Volvo Ocean Race Game - anyone want to enter a boat? Leg 1 is already underway, so you'll start in the last 20% of yachts, but use it as a practice for when Leg 2 kicks off mid Nov.

Are we talking about the triangular mounting? Mine snapped too, not an arm, but part of one of the plates - I think it may have also happened to one other, James Whiting wasn't sure why, and he was able to weld mine back together during a service late last year. Give him a call - he'll be able to help.
