  1. Car is an 2002 Superlight… old oil in car is Caterham Comma EP90... I want to change and have still two bottles of “Castrol Axle Z Limited Slip 90”... is this the right stuff? :-) Thanks.
  2. Interesting... Let’s have a look in Padborg 6. Mai ;-)
  3. And I think they know we need some 😬 😬 Bearing Shim - Uprated - Front Hub
  4. Quoting Pendennis: You should NOThave a washer or spacer between hub and disc 😬 OK 😬 😬 Quoting Shad: You may need an extra thin shim/washer on the stub axle between the upright and the bearing in the hub. I think that’s it ❗ Thanks gents Edited by - Bullitt on 30 Apr 2012 21:41:04
  5. Quoting Pendennis: … because for the disc to rub on caliper, the hub has to rub on upright No… another two pics from the right side… here Quoting Stationary M25 Traveller: Doesn't the thick washer fit between the caliper and the upright, not under the bolt head ? Really ????? Edited by - Bullitt on 30 Apr 2012 19:41:54
  6. Quoting Pendennis: Edit to add, just thouht is this the same both sides? Problem on both sides… but on the right not so badly...

  8. What do you mean? An extra washer between the caliper on the other side? pic Edited by - Bullitt on 30 Apr 2012 18:47:15
  9. OK… and when I add one or two Bearing Shims? pic Could it solve the problem? Edited by - Bullitt on 30 Apr 2012 18:37:44
  10. Mhhh... the thin one is the inner shim and the thick one the outer collar. The outer collar is too thick to swap...
  11. I've recently fitted the Hub Upgrade Kit. Now I noticed that the disc is not central in the caliper and actually rubs on the caliper on the inner side ☹️ pic Washers/shims correct in place. Is the one Bearing Shim included in the kit not enough? What can I do? Thanks Charly. Edited by - Bullitt on 30 Apr 2012 18:49:44

  13. Hi, CC has sent me the third time the wrong cap. I have ordered the grey “Cap - Brake Master Cylinder - 13/16" - AP Race only” 77176CAP. And they send me the “Cap - Brake Master Cylinder” 74470738 – these caps are always leaking :-(( CC says 74470738 now is the replacement cap. What can I do? Can I get the grey race AP cap somewhere? Thanks Charly
  14. Thanks. I think so too… it doesn’t overheating … so I will sometimes keep an eye on it Charly
  15. I have a similar problem… my rad is leaking a little bit but only under pressure… could this cause my full expansion bottle too 🤔 🤔 Charly
