I had mine set at 4 for both road and track (pau arnos ) which worked a treat on my car, so much so i didnt change it for the curcuit !!
The little locking screw doesnt seem to do a lot ! i left mine have way in and used a small screw driver to turn the setting dial to required number.
I mounted the front dampers with the dial at the top ie close to body work so i could change set up easily, thats how it was when you tested my car at curborough last year, yes i know people say mount the other way for unsprung weight ect ! but its a real pain to adjust that way !
