Am thinking of swapping wheels from 14”” to 13”” so will have set of four. minilite copies as standard on sevens wheels with good tyres. And wondered what. They are worth any idea derek ps any body done this swap what diff is there in ride ect.

Hi nick think just board. Cannot really aford or justify spending another 20-25 000 on top of mine as only do poss 3000 miles a year ,,1500 of which go round Scotland once a year and poss to Yorkshire once a year then 5 or 600 miles on iom So common sense says don’t do anything and spend money on house which needs a lot doing as retired a few years ago and instead of as per plan buy a small bungalow bought an old house which eats money it’s nice to dream though derek

I se on some sevens nr cut slicks On some sevens must be a nightmare in wet Came Down past fort William couple tears ago lots of standing water was only doing poss 30 lucky hood up on passenger side water was comming up over back wheel arch aquaplaned straight over. Also last year comming back from portmerion just as got on motorway lots of road works was stuck on slow lane traffic solid. Hit very large puddle. No control of car whatsoever. Derek

Did run for last two years first in May. Second sept. Was lucky no rain This year going first week August so hopping for third time lucky. First night at pitlocry on Thursday 9 th after 240 miles up from heysham. Then going north not sure were not booked yet. Any more sevens up there around that time Self comming Back Down 18th August back to boat at heysham derek

just found out a garage has set up a rolling road on iom and was wondering if worth taking seven down to Have cat removed and set up on rolling road ??? Does it make much diff in power and is it any noisier car is a 150 sigma roadsport. Also any were to buy cat bypass pipe derek

Hi Paul any reason why. Most people I speak to all say fit 13”. Happy enough with 14”” now on car but would like. Rears a bit wider just think they look good no other reason Derek
