I recently sold a basically near standard specification Supersprint. Last year I changed the pistons, and kept the same 'spec, which were the AE 1300cc Ford Crossflow +0.090" on the bores, to suit the standard 1690cc engine. My car had the original BCD cam (according to the build manual which I imagine is a thinly disguised Kent 234). I also fitted a Maniflow 1A cylinder head. There were no problems and no further machining to the valve cut outs already present was necessary.

New, I think the part number is BM382FS, which fits the majority of cars. £17.63 including vat from Caterham so will sell for £12 plus postage
