  1. I had 38 hale stone dents on mine some 3mm deep. Dent Doctor thought he could mend it but gave up after 10 minutes. Local panel beater took it on as a challenge! Said he couldn't get it 100% good but would hope for 95%!!!! Which he did, dedented, resprayed plus bonnet stripe for £100.........He did have it for three months though!

  2. Hi Jonathan,

I have two sets one of which is in good working order ( took off to make passenger seat fixed)  fixing bolts welded in for easy fitting. Second set work but has had the handle bit cut off ????? Don't know why, like that when I got the car! Can email you pics if of interest.

  3. I have the following parts for sale from a Sigma 150. They have done 12k miles.    Parts include Throttle Bodies, Back plate with Pipercross Air filter, 4x Blue injectors, 1x Throttle position sensor. All in excellent working order. Parts new £1070. Can email pics if required.

    £250 including postage

  4. Sigma 150 with throttle bodies. Do you know what is required / sequence for cleaning / oiling the air filter. No make on it but it looks similar to the Pipercross ones. I have some K&N cleaning stuff but I think that is more for paper filters as opposed to the sponge type ones. Thanks in advance.

  5. Well Ford would not take them back as they had been used for 10 seconds!

Steve at Track n Road said to set the gap about 37 thou.....fired straight up and runs fine with idle about 900. I shall get some NGK TR5B-13 for if things go wrong! Thanks for all the advice.

  6. Just changing the plugs 150 Sigma (2009) Plugs at the moment Ford MoCo AYFS22CB probably original ones. Bought some new ones from local Ford dealer above now replaced by MoCo CYFS-12VN4. Car won't start/tick over on these plugs, put the old ones back in and tick over is fine. Had a word with Ford said the gap should be 1.2mm which it appears to be. Anyone running these plugs? If so what gap should they be, I have heard 1.00mm mentioned but I would have thought Ford would know the correct gap! Thanks in advance.

  7. Thanks for all the advice............

and the winner is Mr Colin Davies. Removed the air filter from the TB's and with latex gloves I managed to contort my hands around the filter. After a few minutes turning green and impersonating the "Hulk" the filter started to move....result!

When I replace it will be put on hand tight....thanks again.

  8. Sigma 150 with oil cooler is due its first oil/filter change since I bought it. Service done by a very strong man prior at CCM. Very poor access due to TB's at the top and oil cooler plus pipes plus chassis frame below. Can anyone recommend a tool?  I was considering a metal band oil filter remover. I don't want to attack it with a screw driver just yet in case I completely muller it! Also the sump plug won't shift....but at least I can get to that and apply brute force! Thanks in advance.
