  7. I managed to shear two studs on the n/s rear wheel at BH on Saturday ☹️ I have the longer Ford Rallyesport studs that I think were used on the RS200, so I was surprised that two broke I am putting a fair amount of power out through Barmby rims and slicks but am sure that the studs should be capable of handling much more power. I am sure that I didn't over-torque my nuts *eek* Has anyone got any good suggestions for the strongest studs for my wheels? TIA Glyn
  8. Not sure that there is a solution to the problem. I just tie a little rag around my uprated MC cap and that seems to do the trick

    R400 Tuning

As the others have said, Steve Greenald is the one you want. Not cheap, but the best IMO Glyn
  12. Agree with the others that Steve Greenald is the man I think his rolling road can now handle 800 bhp and it's near you on the A13 Glyn

    New CR500s

According to Yoko, the new 'Soft' 48 will be even softer than the the Supersoft 32 so great fun but you'll be looking at replacing it after a 10 lap race on a hot day Glyn
  14. Just speaking to Steve Greenald, as my new engine is nearing completion 😬 and I want a session on the rollers with him soon. Steve has now moved his dyno to Rainham, Essex, where he has previously held his RR sessions, and has invested in a new RR capable of handling 800 bhp and 220 mph. Would love to see the Caterham capable of taking that RR to the limit Maybe you Duratec boys will get close Glyn
