    The cobra immobiliser (fitted by previous owner) really seems to drain the battery during the winter months even if left for 2 weeks without use. Can anybody recommend a good trickle charger to leave plugged in permanently to solve the problem? Thanks in advance Chris Alston

    Pierson, I purchased an indoor cotton cover from a company called Cotton Covers 020 8903 0591. I'm not sure that it was specifically for a 7 but it fits my 95 de dion with cycle wings comfortably. Seems to keep the dust off and there's no condensation. Cost was only £28 but that was approx. June/July 99. Hope this helps. Chris Alston

    I am about to replace the original ignition system on my 1700 supersprint with either a Lucas competition system or a 3D mapped ignition system. Can anyone offer advice on which one to go for? Money is not a burning issue but perceived value for money is. Therefore what system did you buy and why? and what have been your results/experiences to date? Many thanks Chris Alston
