  1. Tony, with all that power it is high time you were in Class 5 or 6!
  2. You can knock me off the list Chris as I have had to withdraw my entries. Hope you all have a great weekend.
  3. Two for me please, myself and the housekeeper!, otherwise known as Elaine.
  4. It was a cracking run Philip and such a shame that it doesn't count in the annals of the Club. I am humbled that such exalted members will still speak to the likes of me. Well done again.
  5. Grahame. Yesterday I received an e-mail with Finals, Entry list and Paddock layout. Your name is included on the list of entries in Class 3. See you there. Geoff
  6. Angle grinder and friendly welder seems to have resolved most of the problem.
  7. I have dug out the invoice for the silencer that I had made a few years ago that has a "Sports Cat" built into the front of the silencer can. This thread and my local garage ringing me when it went in for it's MoT to ask if I had a cat for the car made me think it may be a wise addition to the paperwork I carry around.
  8. Thanks for the advice chaps.
  9. Thanks for the advice chaps.
  10. My 2000 vintage 1800 K Series has been altered to EP3 from EP2. Now the plenum chamber is too high so that it fouls the bonnet and prevents it seating properly. There are some very clever people out there so what is the answer?
  11. My entry has been sent in so look out over your shoulder Mr Smith. I am assuming that the engine will be back in the car by then! Looking forward to meeting all the new names that are in the list of competitors.

  13. I might if I can find somewhere to stay.
  14. Clearing out the garage and came across 4 Yokohama AO21R tyres, size 185/60 R13. Approximate tread depth 4/3/4mm on two; 4/1.5/4mm and 4/1/3mm. Looking for a £20.00 donation to my local hospice and would prefer collection if possible (in Cheshire).
  15. Mr Smith needs somebody else to beat, as Phil is obviously too hard a nut for him to crack.
  16. and I got mine today too. Know what that means?
  17. I am sure you will think up some more excuses Mr Smith! Your powers of imagination seem endless.
  18. Justin, I have left my car in the paddock and the trailer in the field previously with no problems. Doubt you will need a waterproof cover for the car as it never rains in Yorkshire*rofl*.
  19. Tony You have my number from last year so are bound to go faster. Geoff
  20. Matty, you are right about Tony's car being unable to take any more power. The chassis was flexing when he revved the engine last year!!
  21. Chris Bramall. From your post you seem to be inferring that I need to clean my car. That already puts me at a disadvantage to those acknowledged polishers in Class 3, mentioning no names Tony and Phil!
  22. Many thanks Andrew and can I also extend my best wishes to everyone for a Merry Christmas and Good New Year. I too hope to be at more events this coming year, but whether I will be more competitive is doubtful. Geoff
  23. Not sure they would be clean enough for me!!! HA HA.
