After much tinkering with chargers and fluid levels, I think the technical term for my battery is that it is buggered.
The previous owner didn't keep a check on the levels so when I came to check it, it was almost empty of fluid. Doesn't like to hold charge as a result.
Ideally I'm looking for the same, it's one of the Banner Starting Bulls and the only place I can find them so far is caterham themselves, but it's a bit pricey including postage.
Does anyone know of a local stockist near Sunderland, Durham or Newcastle, and if not a Banner, maybe another make that would do exactly the same job? I saw one in Halfords that was the same power and base dimensions but with a massive plastic bit on top that won't fit into the car.
Car is a 1.4 K-series SS.
