  1. Think plate was N7 SUP. I was on my way back from the NE blat round the borders. 8 sevens in one day is my record up here!
  2. Paul, thanks for offering to check, no worries on the half doors
  3. Hi Nigel, By standard, do you mean for regular seats? I need one with Tillett pockets. Thanks
  4. Hi Paul. Apologies for late reply, messed up the notifications. I'm after one with Tillett pockets. Also thinking of half doors, so may be interested once I know how if / how the Tonneau works with them. Can you confirm if your Tonneau has Tillett pockets and if it's zipped to allow passenger side only to be in place? Thanks

    SV half doors

Need a pair of half doors for a metric SV
  6. Going aero, so in need of a tonneau for metric SV
  7. Re: crimping tools, I bought a cheapie Laser one off of Amazon (currently retailing at £9.46) and drilled out a couple of rivets to make the jaw narrower and therefore work with AMP / econoseal connectors without destroying them. Works a dream and cost a fraction of the price of the real deal! I have used it on several little wiring projects on the car over the past few years. Glad to have it in my toolbox at that price as it gets pulled out once a year for something or other.
  8. I know most of you will have already fitted your lovely new DRE units, but if not I did make a bracket for mine a couple of years ago and made a pattern which anyone else is welcome to use. Pattern was made for an SV (RHD) but have since fabricated another for a mate with an S3 and it lined up horizontally just fine (given that the S3 is narrower, I wasn't sure if the slope in the scuttle behind the steering wheel would be the same but it's close enough for my metalworking skills!) Much more effort than many will want to make I know, but if you have a hacksaw, a vice and are so inclined then good luck I made a pattern out of old cereal box before cutting and bending metal, may be worth doing the same to check my measurements will get your unit horizontal.
  9. Two sets of 13" rims: one shod with ZZR (dry track) and the other with ZZS (road / wet track). Not an option open or attractive to everyone, but an upgrade I'm very happy with in terms of long-term value for money.
  10. Need something in good condition please, with or without hood bag.

    Moved to Wanted

Ah yes, been a while since I was on here. Thanks.
  12. Hi Phil. I'm very late to this thread but interested in a black lair with rubber if you still have any stock? Cheers, Andy
  13. I bought a full set of 6" and 8" anthracite 8-spoke 13's from KN two weeks ago, delivered for £440 inc VAT. I called them on 01952 614402, per their website. I found that they picked up the phone pretty quickly the few times I called them and were keen to help. The wheels came with anthracite coloured centre caps, and just need some Caterham-branded badges sticking on which I have on order with some other bits from Caterham. I'm happy with the wheels for the price.
