I've wanted to race for many years, and have made excuses for the last few, mostly to do with money. Well, I'm going to go for it next year, so have booked in for my ARDS course at Oulton Park on the 12th of December. <img class='"smiley"' alt='"cool' src='"images/smilies/cool.gif"' smiley"="" data-cke-saved-src=""> I've never driven Oulton before, so thought it would be a good way of getting to drive a new circuit to me, although in Clio 197s rather than the Seven. I'm planning to race my first season in the Castle Combe special GT series, knowing I will be hopelessly outpaced in my little 1.4, but figure the experience will do me some good?! It's a local circuit to me, and as I don't have a tow car or trailer it's not too far to get home should I have a mechanical or worse. Any tips on the ARDS?
