Followed you for a wile in yellow Elise, not sure if you are aware but your rear lights are non existant. Very poor illumination, but brake lights fine. Guess you had been at the Classic as not really the weather for a blat!
Went into Sorrento day by bus and spotted a blue Seven on a villa forecourt, could not catch the registration, but surely the same car. There cannot be too many blue Sevens down here!
Interesting to note that on the last 23 "spotted's" only one person has said, that was me! So, are we spotting lots of non club members, or now spotted is a stand alone category, nobody bothers to check?
Swimming baths, lovely skinny wheels latest model in blueish!! Not a great description of Caterhams latest offering, must pay attention to model numbers in future.
OK, this is a preliminary ad to see if there is any interest in the following. A friend has asked if anyone might be interested in a Caterham Seven that is for sale on a Greek Island close to Athens. The car is approx 1990 Ford Crossflow 1700cc It is currently undrivable due to chassis or suspension damage. It has been off the road for appox 4 weeks only. The owner has had the car approx 20 years of which it has resided in Greece for the last 10 years. It is right hand drive. If you genuinely have interest I can link you to the seller, however please dont make work if you are just flying a kite. Cheers Chris
A wonderful ward autumn day on Saturday, managed to put 150 miles round the best roads, and never saw another Seven. In fact only saw one MG Midget, but did get waved at by a Morgan driver . Reckon he must have had a Seven when he was younger!
