If it helps the Gold Plug I have in my 420R diff is a AP-22H-02-G M22 x 1.5mm 26mm head.

Another thumbs up for the Sealey one here. I’ve tried the Mityvac too but I couldn’t get the rear brakes air free with that.

I used these when I fitted mine, they are a 35mm, I cut a small hole in the centre and a slit from the Outside to the middle allowing me to slip it over the loom. I also added some self amalgamating tape around the loom and connector to help prevent wheel arch muck ingress.

Just a little info to add, I’ve just changed the gear oil in my 2018 420R and replaced the drain plug with a magnetic Gold Plug M18 x 1.5 number MP-10. The std plug did have a magnetic but the Gold Plug is significantly stronger. Thanks BigCol, I have the instructions from ScottR400D which are very helpful. I think i should be ok now, but I’ll be sure to ask if I get stuck! I have the diff out and will speak with SPD and arrange a visit early next week for fault diagnosis and replacement. I’ve ordered the replacement bolts etc from CC, apart from the nylon spacers as they are out of stock, has anyone found an alternative source for these? What has happened with all the faulty Titan diffs? Has anyone found a market for these? Thanks to everyone for all their assistance and advice, it’s much appreciated.
