  1. I just drain the whole thing, do the change then refill slowly through the water bottle with the plug out of the top of the rad. Then let it sit for a couple of hours, check level and fire it up. Never had a problem.
  2. Driving back from Derby this morning, I heard a Clunk and the clutch wouldn't engage to change gear? thought it was the clutch cable that snapped and made the noise. Managed to drive the 30 miles home with out using the clutch. Now having spoken to the two Andy's at McMillan we have concluded that it was the CRB.

     

    Question is, is it possible to change without removing the engine? Mine's a VX1600 with the ital live axle.

     

    Is there an easy way of doing this?
