  1. "Try getting the Grenade out of the footwell whilst wearing a six point harness " Armour plated underpants would probably be required ! 🙆🏻 E Edited by - strikermk2 on 29 Oct 2004 17:27:00
  2. Hi Bill My inlet manifold ( 2x40webers) only has one vacuum take off , does this mean that i only get vacuum from one cylinder? Do you consider that your filter could possible work ok like this.. I'm now thinking that a map sensor would be a easier/cheaper for my installation. I was going the TPS route due to hearing about erratic pressure problems so maybe i'll try the MAP first. Any advice would be appreciated , Thanks Bryan Edited by - strikermk2 on 28 Oct 2004 20:04:08
  3. Hi all. Finally got my Vulcan 145spe x-flow running. Now for the running in.Vulcan recommend rev limit of 4000rpm 1st 500miles 4500rpm 500to1000miles 5000rpm 1000to15000miles then run as normal. They don't recommend a rolling road tune for 2000miles .Do you think this is a fair running in period.or could i shorten it any. The engine is out of warranty anyway (Had it 2 years already) Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Bryan

  8. might be worth looking for a deawoo matiz alternator.Heard they are very light and do not need much to fit to a x-flow.This is not confirmed , just what i have been told. Thanks Bryan
  9. try Rs components or Maplin
  10. i had same type of problem on the missus mx5. Found to be broken "Fingers" on clutch cover preventing the clutch from fully disengaging. Changed clutch and release bearing and all is fine now .Hope that helps ps. it happenend suddenly and made no difference to pedal feel or pressure
