Hello. I've seen a few posts about this already but would still like a bit of advice. My bare aluminium body is quite old now. I've polished it to a decent shine but under direct light you can see scratches and swirls. I've got a sander/ polisher, would you recommend I go over it again starting with 600 upto about 4000 sandpaper with the orbital sander and then polish, or would that still leave me with swirls? Should I sand in one direction by hand? Should I just put up with the swirls??? Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
