Nudge. A known problem Caterham (who look at our website) might to take a look at?
Or have they, already?
-
Thanks fr the link 7WOW. Ordered.
How do you chaps fix them to the arch?
-
Oh, I say! That's really rather swish.

When you are on the Members Special Offers page
https://www.lotus7.club/membership/special-offers-members
Don't forget to use the "Type" filter at the top, which will narrow down the categories to choose from.
-
Fair point, folks.
It is a problem I'm looking at. I had thought of simply listing the discounts with page number on. The thing is, every time we add an offer, the page numbers alter.
I think it right and proper to blame Geoff Brown for getting discounts from so many companies. The man's a menace!

#3, James,
Thanks for that, James. I didn't have that, so I'll put it to good use ready for the next time you drive my car.

#7, Stu,
Mudflaps on a 7! Never thought of that.
I can't see the flaps very well in that picture, but I can see how polished your wing is. Has it ever seen the road?

Bearing in mind that I don't know what I'm talking about here, but wouldn't an airbox change the pressure pulses in the induction, meaning you should remap?

I've just had this report on the lubricants situation,
https://www.lotus7.club/membership/special-offers-members/oil
confirmed by member and Caterham 21 owner Guy Lachlan, who is M.D. Of Classic Oils (from whom we get an exclusive 15% discount).
https://www.lotus7.club/membership/special-offers-members/classic-oils-available-15
Guy tells me the situation is already having an impact on prices.

Tim!
Do you know how much time I spend trying to get Members Benefits discounts, and then you don't bother using them?
Actually, part of the problem is that we have so many discounts, you could never remember. If you do go into discounts, it might be worth using the category filter to narrow it down when you're looking for something in particular.

I confess, Tom, the prospect does seem surprising, but it looks as if there might be something in it worthy of consideration.
France and Germany wrongfoot the UK on hydrogen-fuelled road transport – again
Car-making giant Stellantis will soon have a production fuel cell vehicle on sale in the UK, but how does that fit with Government policy?

Looking at that excellent illustration, Chris, drives me to flag up the frequent issue of ear protection, too!
-
Thank you for doing my job there and flagging that up, Steve.
I'm grateful that you're on the ball.
Can I persuade you to join the committee?
-
Well that would bring us round to the much bigger topic of EVs, where they create their pollution, how toxic their pollution is, how sustainable it actually is, and how we generate the additional electricity.
Meanwhile, a few Japanese car companies appear to be experimenting with hydrogen powered vehicles.
But all this is far, far beyond me. For the time being I'll stick to flagging up the oil issue.
-
Might be worth phoning them first. At least you'd get some sort of quick feedback. They've always been very friendly when I've spoken to them, but they can get a bit harassed when the pressure's on.
-
You might have to be prepared to wait.
The last report I had, Oxted were rushed off their feet and waiting times had gone up.

Please see the link below regarding oil.

This Club really has a plethora of information.

I now have a CSR. The rear is much, much quieter than my old Roadsport.
It's very nerve-racking. Without all the proper clunking going on behind me, I'm never quite sure I still have a back end!
