I've got pair of 7" headlamps you can have for cheep... you'll have plenty of spare bits then.

It's worth checking, mine was miles out. We've got a torque calibration machine at my place of work so it was easy for me, hopefully that's your issue.

I always do them to 50lb/ft with standard studs. Never had an issue. Is your torque wrench correctly calibrated?
