Fan cuts in at 95 on the old switch , I have a Stack temp gauge and know it reads fine. Thanks for your help on this .  

Just an update, swap back to the old switch with a new gasket, Fan cuts in fine .

Just backfilled via bleed hose by fan switch . Still no luck ,  Beginning to think I have a faulty fan switch

No bleed screw on top of rad but does have a hose to a t-piece that goes to the expansion bottle , going to take this of and back fill top of the rad .

Yep , wiring fine , joined wires together and fan cut in . Rad is hot top and bottom . Any idea how to remove the airlock ?

Hi Elie , Yep same markings 98-93 purchased from redline

Replaced fan switch due to leaking on a new radiator . Fan will not cut in on new switch . Both Top & Bottom hoses are hot so does not appear to have a airlock . By passing the switch by joining the wires together kicks the fan in .

Any advice appreciated

Just to update this post , replaced leads & TPS and problem still remains*grumpy* . Its very intermitted with some days the car running fine ! Any further suggestions welcome.

Thanks for the suggestions , I am going to replace the leads & I do have a spare Throttle Position Sensor so will replace that to.

I have K series EU2 1.8 . I am getting a misfire under load . This can happen either hot or cold . Annoyingly this is intermittent ! Any ideas ? plugs , cap & rotor have been replaced 300 miles ago . HT Leads the next to try ?
