You only need to trim the top part of the aperture. Steering rack hole is not required.

I already have the stripe, just need the measurement of the rear panel . I don't think the supplied stripe is long enough.

I need to replace the rear stripe on my S3 Cat. Would someone be able to tell me the length top to bottom of the rear panel. My car is currently away at the moment. Thanks

Should be 85NM , do not use copper slip on the threads.

I have owned two Sigma cars. That gauge action is normal for this engine. It is also the original electic gauge & sensor. Nothing to worry about here.

Check there is no up/down movement with the brake pads in the carrier. The springs on the pads can be adjusted to stop any rattling.

Yep, no issues. The side walls are so stiff on these. We leave them in our paint oven for a couple days before trying to fit.

24mm nut on later cars for adjustment.

The method described is for a K series. This is not applicable for a Sigma engined car. Pure chance this has cured the problem.

Check the TPS setting. You will need Easimap & the cable to check.

I have just check my 2020 academy car. No restrictor in the tank. Not had any issues you are having on track.

CC have plenty of Duratecs , no issues with supply for these engines for the next few years.
